Customs Cloths:
|
Muslims dress differently from one country to another and it may differ from one Muslim town to another so there's dress code for Muslims. Indeed, adherents of Islam are concerned with clothing in two contexts: clothing for everyday wear, inside and outside the house; and clothing required in specifically religious contexts.
|
Holidays and Celebrations:
There are two main holidays in Islam: Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha. Eid Al-Fitr is celebrated at the end of Ramadan (a month of fasting), and Muslims usually give zakat (charity) on the occasion. Eid Al-Adha is celebrated at the end of Hajj (annual pilgrimage to Mecca), and Muslims usually sacrifice an animal and distribute its meat among family, friends and the poor.

Marriage in Muslim communities
Trend of marriages in Muslim communities shows that Muslims like to marry in their own regional community. A very famous news regarding marriage was in highlights recently when two Muslim sports celebrities of different countries wanted to get married but was opposed by general public just because they were from different regions. The two celebrity belonged to India and Pakistan, the countries which were one nation before partition in 1947. Still there were long debates on how can a Pakistani Muslim marry a Indian Muslim girl. The same trends can been seen in Muslim Communities in USA. The number here are not that prominent but still enough to show that marriages take place in same regional Muslim communities.
